For every client, we offer a 27-point inspection and diagnostic scan. This diagnostic will help to determine which type of service your vehicle needs. If the vehicle isn’t driveable, contact us, and we can arrange to have it towed to the shop.
The Repair Process
For the best results, we ask you to leave your vehicle with us for 1-2 days for the diagnostics and test drive. It helps us to determine what is wrong with your vehicle. Our Service Writer will then follow up with you to inform you of the problem and provide an estimate. We try to deliver same-day repairs whenever possible, though it's more common for service to require 1-2 weeks when we have to order parts.
Transmission Rebuild
In this type of service, we don’t just replace the failed component. We completely rebuild the whole transmission, including a remanufactured torque converter, for the best performance. All transmissions are built in-house to reduce costs and assure quality service and customer education. You will receive a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty on the rebuilt transmission.
Drain & Flush
A transmission drain service involves removing the pan, replacing the filter and pan gasket, and performing a thorough check of your transmission. We also offer transmission flush, during which we completely remove and replace all of the transmission fluid to allow your transmission to run at its best. We are available to take care of your vehicles from Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Note: We don’t take appointments, simply drop your car off to us for a complete diagnostics.
